ACH Bank Draft (Automated Clearing House)
ACH Bank Draft pays your assessment (association dues) automatically from your checking or savings account. Your payment is made on time every month without the hassle of writing or mailing checks! To sign up for ACH (direct payment), complete and sign the authorization form and return it to the address listed on the bottom of the form along with either a voided check (checking deposit slip not accepted) or savings deposit slip. Direct payments will be withdrawn on the 5th of each month (or next business day) for the current month. You will be notified, in writing, as to the month your direct payment withdrawal will begin. Credit Card or E-Check Online
Effective September 14, 2013: Owners who wish to make one-time e-check payments or set-up recurring e-check payments are required to first register with Union Bank then log-in to make a payment - the service is still free by clicking the link below. Those who previously registered for recurring payments will continue to use their same log-in information. Credit card payments do not require registration but the service fee has increased to $14.95.
