I want to tell you that I think you and your firm do a GREAT job. I’ve been in this industry for 28 years, and know both how difficult it can be and how many unprofessional management firms there are out there- so it is refreshing to deal with one that is very professional.
Bill Sasser, Kress Lofts
Everyone on the Ghertner team is great to work with. I am so glad to have them on our community's side.

When we were interviewing management companies, we felt that Ghertner & Company's website was exceptional and would improve the Association's operational efficiency. This has turned out to be true. Now, Board members and homeowners have access to information almost instantly, which results in very efficient handling of homeowner account anomalies and other issues.Robert Owens, Secretary, Forrest Crossing Community Association, Franklin, TN
Ghertner & Company did an incredible job of making our community easy to manage and improved our quality of life. I would use Ghertner & Company for any condo community in Nashville.
Max Smith, Board Member, Art Avenue, Nashville, TN
By the time we hired Ghertner & Company, we had worked with 2 other companies and had been self-managing for over a year. I have served on the Board during each of these experiences. Ghertner & Company has been the best choice we made.

Ghertner & Company was founded on January 8, 1968, by Frank F. Ghertner.  Shortly after starting this real estate company, Mr. Ghertner realized that his company could offer a unique product in the Nashville area - the management of condominium and homeowner associations.  Mr. Ghertner was the first property manager in the state of Tennessee to attain the highly regarded designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) from the Community Associations Institute (CAI), and served as the 1990 President of the Tennessee Chapter of CAI. Mr. Ghertner is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM) as designated from the Institute of Real Estate Management.   The firm’s commitment to professionalism and customer service has resulted in Ghertner & Company growing into one of the largest community association management firms in Tennessee.

After serving in various roles at Ghertner & Company for over a decade, Frank Ghertner’s sons, Scott Ghertner and Steve Ghertner, assumed ownership and management of Ghertner & Company in 2002 and serve as Co-presidents of the company. Both Scott Ghertner and Steve Ghertner are Certified Property Managers (CPM) as designated from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Scott Ghertner has also attained the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Scott Ghertner served as the 1998 President of the Greater Nashville Chapter of IREM and the 2002 President of the Tennessee Chapter of CAI.  Frank Ghertner retired from active involvement in the association management business in 2002, but his sons continue to carry on the tradition established by their father more than four decades ago; providing excellence in community association management to all clients.  In fact, this continued excellence is best exemplified by hundreds of testimonials received today, and through the years.
